Vegetable and Fish Soup
A simple and comforting soup with white fish, carrots, and mushrooms. A warm and nourishing meal in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients
- 300 g White fish
- 2 piece Carrots
- 150 g Mushrooms
- 200 g Potatoes
- 1 l Water
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the carrots, mushrooms, and potatoes into small pieces.
Step 2
Heat the water in a pot with a little oil and salt.
Step 3
Add the carrots and potatoes, cook for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Add the mushrooms and fish cut into cubes, cook for 8-10 minutes.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
