Chicken and Vegetable Soup with Croutons
A comforting soup with shredded chicken, carrots, and potatoes, aromatic and served with toasted bread croutons. Perfect for cold days.

Ingredients
- 300 g Chicken
- 300 g Carrot
- 250 g Potato
- 1.2 L Water
- 100 g White bread
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Pepper
- 2 tbsp Oil
Instructions
Step 1
Cut chicken, carrots, and potatoes into uniform cubes.
Step 2
Pour water into a pot, add chicken and vegetables. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Bring to a boil then simmer for 25-30 minutes until fully cooked.
Step 4
Cut bread into small cubes and toast in a pan with oil until golden.
Step 5
Serve hot soup topped with croutons.
