Cauliflower and Carrot Soup
A smooth French soup, prepared simply in a blender. Comforting and easy to digest.

Ingredients
- 400 g Cauliflower
- 200 g Carrots
- 750 ml Water
- 20 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the cauliflower into small florets and the carrots into rounds.
Step 2
Melt the butter in the pot. Sauté the vegetables in it for 3 minutes.
Step 3
Add the water and bring to a boil. Let simmer for 15 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
Step 4
Blend the soup until smooth and creamy.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
