Cauliflower and Carrot Soup

Ingredients
- 400 g Cauliflower
- 300 g Carrots
- 1 l Water
- 20 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and slice the carrots into rounds, cut the cauliflower into small florets.
Step 2
In a pot, melt the butter and add the vegetables, cook for 3 minutes.
Step 3
Pour in the water, add salt, and bring to a boil.
Step 4
Simmer for 20 minutes until the vegetables are very tender.
Step 5
Blend the soup until smooth and creamy.
Step 6
Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper.
