Cauliflower and Carrot Soup
A comforting and light soup made with cauliflower and carrots. A simple and savory French classic.

Ingredients
- 1 piece Cauliflower
- 3 piece Carrots
- 1 L Water
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and chop the carrots into small pieces.
Step 2
Cut the cauliflower into small florets.
Step 3
Heat the olive oil in a pot and add the water.
Step 4
Add the vegetables to the hot water and cook covered for 15 minutes.
Step 5
Blend the soup until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 6
Serve hot in bowls.
