Cauliflower and Carrot Soup
A creamy and mild blended soup with carrots and cauliflower. Perfect for a light and comforting meal.

Ingredients
- 400 g Cauliflower
- 300 g Carrots
- 1 l Water
- 20 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and slice the carrots into rounds. Cut the cauliflower into small florets.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a pot and add the water with the vegetables.
Step 3
Bring to a boil and cook for 20 minutes until the vegetables are very tender.
Step 4
Blend the soup until smooth and creamy.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
