Cauliflower and Broccoli Soup
A creamy and comforting soup made with a blend of cauliflower and broccoli. Easy to prepare and perfect for a light meal in 20 minutes.

Ingredients
- 400 g Cauliflower
- 300 g Broccoli
- 100 g Cheese
- 750 ml Water
- 20 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the cauliflower and broccoli into small florets.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a pot and add the vegetables. Pour in the water.
Step 3
Bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
Step 4
Blend the soup until smooth.
Step 5
Add the grated cheese, stir, season, and serve hot.
