Celery and Cream Soup

- 500 g Celery
- 1 L Water
- 30 g Butter
- 5 g Salt
- 2 g Pepper

Step 1
Wash and cut the celery into 2-3 cm pieces
Step 2
Melt the butter in the pot and add the celery
Step 3
Pour in the water, add salt and pepper, then simmer for 20 minutes
Step 4
Blend the soup with an immersion blender or in batches
