Carrot and Potato Soup
A creamy and comforting soup made with carrots and potatoes, fragrant and easy to prepare. Ready in less than 30 minutes.

Ingredients
- 500 g Carrots
- 300 g Potatoes
- 1 l Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 tbsp Butter
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and dice the carrots and potatoes into small pieces.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a saucepan and briefly sauté the vegetables.
Step 3
Cover with water and bring to a boil.
Step 4
Simmer for 15 minutes until the vegetables are very tender.
Step 5
Blend the soup until smooth and creamy.
Step 6
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
