Carrot and Potato Soup

Ingredients
- 500 g Carrots
- 400 g Potatoes
- 1 L Water
- à volonté pinch Salt
- à volonté pinch Pepper
- 15 ml Oil
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and cut carrots and potatoes into small cubes.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a pot and sauté the vegetables for 3 minutes.
Step 3
Cover with water, add salt, and simmer for 15-20 minutes until tender.
Step 4
Blend the soup until smooth. Season with pepper and serve.
