Carrot and Potato Soup

Ingredients
- 500 g Carrots
- 300 g Potatoes
- 1000 ml Water
- 20 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and cut the carrots and potatoes into even pieces.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a pot and add the vegetables.
Step 3
Pour in the water and bring to a boil. Cook for 15 minutes over medium heat.
Step 4
Blend the soup with an immersion blender until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
