Carrot and Potato Soup

Ingredients
- 500 g Carrots
- 300 g Potatoes
- 1 l Water
- 15 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and cut the carrots and potatoes into even pieces.
Step 2
In a pot, melt the butter and add the vegetables.
Step 3
Cover with water, season with salt and pepper. Cook for 20 minutes until tender.
Step 4
Blend with an immersion blender until the soup is smooth and uniform.
