Carrot and Potato Soup

Ingredients
- 400 g Carrots
- 300 g Potatoes
- 1 l Water
- 20 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and cut the carrots and potatoes into cubes.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a pot and sauté the vegetables for 2-3 minutes.
Step 3
Cover with water, bring to a boil, and cook for 15-20 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
Step 4
Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
