Carrot and Potato Soup

Ingredients
- 400 g Potatoes
- 400 g Carrots
- 1000 ml Water
- 15 g Butter
- 5 g Salt
- 2 g Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and cut the potatoes and carrots into cubes.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a pot and add the vegetables.
Step 3
Pour in the water, season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil.
Step 4
Simmer for 15-18 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
Step 5
Blend the soup with an immersion blender until smooth. Adjust seasoning as needed.
