Carrot and Potato Soup
A simple and silky French soup: carrots and potatoes cooked in a Dutch oven, blended with broth. Pure comfort in a bowl.

Ingredients
- 5 piece Carrot
- 4 piece Potato
- 750 ml Water
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and dice the carrots and potatoes.
Step 2
Heat the oil in the Dutch oven and add the vegetables.
Step 3
Pour in the water and simmer for 20 minutes until very tender.
Step 4
Blend the soup until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
