Carrot and Potato Soup

Ingredients
- 500 g Carrots
- 400 g Potatoes
- 1 l Water
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and chop the carrots and potatoes into small pieces.
Step 2
Bring the water to a boil in a pot with a bit of butter.
Step 3
Add the vegetables to the boiling water and simmer for 15 minutes until tender.
Step 4
Blend the soup until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
