Carrot and Apple Soup
A smooth and velvety soup blending sweet carrots and slightly tart apples, pureed until silky and served hot. Comforting and easy to make.

Ingredients
- 500 g Carrots
- 300 g Apples
- 800 ml Water
- 20 g Butter
- 5 g Salt
- 2 g Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and cut carrots and apples into chunks.
Step 2
Melt butter in a pot and add carrots and apples.
Step 3
Cover with water, season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil.
Step 4
Simmer for 15 minutes over medium heat until vegetables are tender.
Step 5
Blend with an immersion blender until smooth.
Step 6
Adjust seasoning and serve hot.
