Carrot and Shell Pasta Soup

Ingredients
- 3 medium Carrot
- 80 g Shell pasta
- 750 ml Water
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and cut the carrots into small pieces.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a pot and add the carrots.
Step 3
Pour in the water and let the carrots cook for 12 minutes.
Step 4
Add the shell pasta and cook for another 8 minutes.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
