Carrot and Celery Soup

Ingredients
- 400 g Carrots
- 200 g Celery stalks
- 1 l Water
- 20 g Butter
- à volonté Salt
- à volonté Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and slice the carrots into rounds, and cut the celery into chunks.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a pot or casserole and sauté the vegetables for 3 minutes.
Step 3
Pour in the water and bring to a boil, then simmer for 15 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
Step 4
Blend the soup with an immersion blender to your desired consistency.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper, then serve hot.
