Carrot and Celery Soup

Ingredients
- 500 g Carrots
- 200 g Celery stalks
- 200 g Potatoes
- 30 g Butter
- 1000 ml Water
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Black pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and cut the carrots, celery, and potatoes into even pieces.
Step 2
Sauté the vegetables in butter for 3 minutes in a pot.
Step 3
Add the water and bring to a boil, then simmer for 14 minutes until the vegetables are completely tender.
Step 4
Blend the soup until smooth and creamy.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper, serve hot.
