Carrot and Celery Soup
A simple and warming soup made from sautéed carrots and celery, blended with water. A comforting everyday classic.

Ingredients
- 300 g Carrots
- 100 g Celery
- 500 ml Water
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and cut the carrots into small pieces. Wash and cut the celery.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a pot and sauté the vegetables for 3 minutes over medium heat.
Step 3
Pour in the water, bring to a boil and cook for 15 minutes until the vegetables are very tender.
Step 4
Pour the soup into a blender and reduce to a smooth purée. Season to taste and serve hot.
