Carrot and Broccoli Soup

Ingredients
- 400 g Carrots
- 250 g Broccoli
- 800 ml Water
- 50 g Cheese
- 20 g Butter
- à volonté pinch Salt
- à volonté pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and slice the carrots into rounds.
Step 2
Cut the broccoli into small florets.
Step 3
Melt the butter in a pot and add the carrots and broccoli.
Step 4
Pour in 800 ml of water and simmer for 15 minutes until tender.
Step 5
Blend the soup with the cheese until smooth and creamy.
Step 6
Season with salt and pepper and serve hot.
