Carrot and Broccoli Soup

Ingredients
- 300 g Carrots
- 150 g Broccoli
- 600 ml Water
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and slice the carrots into rounds.
Step 2
Cut the broccoli into small florets.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a pot and add the carrots.
Step 4
Cook the carrots for 10 minutes, then add the broccoli and water.
Step 5
Simmer for 8-10 minutes until the vegetables are very tender.
Step 6
Blend the soup until smooth and silky.
Step 7
Season with salt and pepper and serve hot.
