Carrot, Mushroom, and Rice Soup
A simple and nourishing soup with carrots, mushrooms, and rice. Perfect served hot and wonderfully comforting.

Ingredients
- 3 piece Carrots
- 150 g Mushrooms
- 100 g Rice
- 1000 ml Water
- 1 tbsp Butter
- à volonté Salt
- à volonté Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and cut the carrots into small cubes.
Step 2
Clean and chop the mushrooms.
Step 3
Melt the butter in a saucepan and sauté the carrots for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Add the mushrooms and cook for 2 minutes.
Step 5
Pour in the water and bring to a boil.
Step 6
Add the rice and cook for 15 minutes until fully cooked.
Step 7
Season with salt and pepper, and serve hot.
