Carrot and Potato Soup
A creamy and comforting soup made with carrots and potatoes. Serve with a drizzle of olive oil.

Ingredients
- 500 g Carrot
- 300 g Potato
- 1 l Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and chop the carrots and potatoes into pieces.
Step 2
Bring water to a boil in a pot and add the vegetables.
Step 3
Cook for 20 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
Step 4
Blend the soup with an immersion blender until smooth. Season with salt and pepper, and serve with a drizzle of olive oil.
