Carrot, Celery, and Tuna Soup
A comforting and light soup enriched with tuna for protein. Perfect for an autumn evening and ready in just 25 minutes.

Ingredients
- 3 piece Carrots
- 150 g Celery
- 200 g Canned tuna
- 750 ml Water
- 15 ml Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and slice the carrots into rounds, and mince the celery.
Step 2
Pour the water into a pot, add the carrots and celery. Bring to a boil.
Step 3
Let cook for 12 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
Step 4
Drain the tuna and add it to the soup. Let heat for 2 minutes, then stir.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper, and serve hot with a drizzle of olive oil.
