Broccoli and Potato Soup

Ingredients
- 400 g Broccoli
- 2 medium Potato
- 800 ml Water
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 50 g Cheese
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the broccoli into small florets and dice the potatoes.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a pot and add the vegetables.
Step 3
Pour in the water, season with salt and pepper, and bring to a boil.
Step 4
Simmer for 10 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
Step 5
Blend with an immersion blender until smooth and creamy.
Step 6
Stir in the grated cheese and serve hot.
