Broccoli and Cheese Soup

Ingredients
- 400 g Broccoli
- 2 piece Potato
- 100 g Cheese
- 600 ml Water
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the broccoli into small florets and dice the potatoes.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the vegetables.
Step 3
Cover with water, season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 12 minutes.
Step 4
Blend the soup until smooth, stir in the grated cheese and mix well.
