Broccoli and Cheese Soup

Ingredients
- 500 g Broccoli
- 200 g Potato
- 150 g Cheese
- 800 ml Water
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the broccoli into small florets and the potato into cubes.
Step 2
Melt the butter in the pot, add vegetables and water. Simmer for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Blend the soup until smooth. Add the grated cheese, season with salt and pepper.
