Broccoli, Carrot and Ham Soup
A simple, creamy and hearty soup with vegetables and ham for extra flavor.

Ingredients
- 400 g Broccoli
- 300 g Carrots
- 200 g Potatoes
- 100 g Ham
- 1 L Water
- 20 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and dice the carrots and potatoes. Cut the broccoli into small florets.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a saucepan and sauté the vegetables for 2 minutes.
Step 3
Pour in the water, season with salt and pepper. Cook for 15 minutes over medium-high heat.
Step 4
Dice the ham into small pieces. Blend the soup with a hand blender until creamy.
Step 5
Add the ham, adjust seasoning and serve hot.
