Broccoli and Carrot Soup with Gruyère

Ingredients
- 400 g Broccoli
- 250 g Carrot
- 1 L Water
- 100 g Gruyère
- 20 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and cut the carrots and broccoli into small pieces.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the vegetables.
Step 3
Cover with water and cook for 12 minutes until tender.
Step 4
Blend the soup until smooth.
Step 5
Add the grated Gruyère, stir, and season to taste.
