Broccoli, Carrot, and Potato Soup

Ingredients
- 1 head (400g) Broccoli
- 3 medium Carrot
- 2 medium Potato
- 1 liter Water
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the broccoli into small florets, peel and dice the carrots and potatoes.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a pot and add all the vegetables.
Step 3
Cover with water, bring to a boil, and cook for 15 minutes until vegetables are tender.
Step 4
Blend the soup with an immersion blender until smooth.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper, then serve hot.
