Curried Carrot and Celery Soup

Ingredients
- 4 pieces Carrots
- 2 stalks Celery stalks
- 10 g Curry powder
- 800 ml Water
- 20 g Butter
- 5 g Salt
- 2 g Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the carrots and celery into even-sized pieces.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a pot and add the curry powder. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Step 3
Add the chopped vegetables and mix well. Cover and cook for 10 minutes over medium heat.
Step 4
Pour in the water, bring to a boil, and simmer for 10 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
Step 5
Blend the soup until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
