Creamy Apple-Spinach Soup with Ham

- 250 g Spinach
- 200 g Apples
- 80 g Ham
- 500 ml Water
- 20 g Butter
- à volonté Salt
- à volonté Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and cut the apples into pieces. Cut the ham into small dice.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the apples and cook for 5 minutes. Add water and spinach, cook for 8 minutes.
Step 3
Blend the soup until creamy. Add the ham, season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Reheat for 2 minutes over low heat and serve piping hot.
