- 600 g Potatoes
- 400 g Carrots
- 1000 ml Water
- 40 g Butter
- 5 g Salt
- 2 g Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and cut the potatoes and carrots into cubes.

Melt the butter in a pot.
Step 3
Add the vegetables and sauté for 3 minutes.

Pour in the water and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat and simmer for 25 minutes until tender.
