Creamy Potato, Broccoli and Ham Soup
A silky-smooth blended soup garnished with bacon bits. A simplified French classic, perfect for cold evenings.

Ingredients
- 500 g Potatoes
- 300 g Broccoli
- 150 g Ham
- 1 l Water
- 25 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and cut potatoes into cubes. Cut broccoli into small florets.
Step 2
Bring water to a boil with butter, salt and pepper. Add potatoes and broccoli.
Step 3
Cook for 15 minutes until tender. Blend half the soup to make it creamy.
Step 4
Cut ham into small dice, add to the soup and warm through for 2 minutes. Serve hot.
