Creamy Lentil and Spinach Soup

Ingredients
- 200 g Red lentils
- 150 g Fresh spinach
- 2 piece Carrots
- 150 g Potatoes
- 1 l Water
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut carrots and potatoes into small cubes.
Step 2
Sauté vegetables in butter for 3 minutes.
Step 3
Add lentils and water, bring to a boil.
Step 4
Simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes until tender.
Step 5
Add spinach and cook for 2 minutes.
Step 6
Blend soup until creamy and smooth.
Step 7
Season with salt and pepper, serve hot.
