Creamy Spinach and Ham Soup
A rich and velvety soup made with fresh spinach and diced ham for added indulgence. Serve piping hot.

Ingredients
- 250 g Spinach
- 100 g Ham
- 500 ml Water
- 20 g Butter
- 15 g Flour
- à volonté pinch Salt
- à volonté pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring water to a boil in a pot. Add the spinach and cook for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Blend the spinach with some of the broth until you get a smooth puree.
Step 3
Pour the puree back into the pot with the remaining broth.
Step 4
Make a beurre manié with the butter and flour, add it to the soup while whisking.
Step 5
Dice the ham and add it to the soup.
Step 6
Simmer for 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
