Creamy Spinach and Asparagus Soup

Ingredients
- 300 g Spinach
- 200 g Asparagus
- 750 ml Water
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 30 g Parmesan
- à volonté pinch Salt
- à volonté pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the asparagus into pieces and roughly chop the spinach.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the asparagus. Cook for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Add the water and spinach. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Blend the soup until smooth and creamy.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper. Serve topped with grated parmesan.
