Creamy Broccoli and Cauliflower Soup

Ingredients
- 350 g Cauliflower
- 350 g Broccoli
- 1 l Water
- 20 g Butter
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the cauliflower and broccoli into small florets.
Step 2
Bring water to a boil in a pot with a pinch of salt.
Step 3
Add the vegetables and cook for 15 minutes until very tender.
Step 4
Blend the soup with an immersion blender until smooth and creamy.
Step 5
Stir in the butter, adjust salt and pepper, and serve hot.
