Creamy Broccoli, Carrot and Shrimp Soup

Ingredients
- 250 g broccoli
- 200 g carrot
- 150 g shrimp
- 100 ml heavy cream
- 500 ml vegetable broth
- 15 g butter
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the broccoli and carrot into small pieces.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a pot and cook the vegetables for 8 minutes over medium heat.
Step 3
Pour in the broth and simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Blend the soup until creamy (optional: keep some texture if preferred).
Step 5
Add the heavy cream and shrimp, cook for an additional 3 minutes.
Step 6
Season with salt and pepper, and serve hot.
