Creamy Broccoli Soup

Ingredients
- 600 g Broccoli
- 1000 ml Water
- 50 g Grated cheese
- 15 g Butter
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the broccoli into small florets and rinse with cold water.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a pot and add the broccoli florets.
Step 3
Pour in the water and bring to a boil. Simmer for 15 minutes until the broccoli is very tender.
Step 4
Blend the soup with an immersion blender until smooth and creamy.
Step 5
Stir in the grated cheese, season with salt and pepper, and serve hot.
