Creamy Cauliflower and Parmesan Soup
A velvety and comforting soup blending cauliflower, carrots, and Parmesan, blended until smooth. Ready in 25 minutes.

Ingredients
- 400 g Cauliflower
- 150 g Carrot
- 50 g Parmesan
- 20 g Butter
- 800 ml Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and cut the carrots into small dice.
Step 2
Cut the cauliflower into small florets.
Step 3
Melt the butter in a saucepan, add carrots and cauliflower, and cook for 3 minutes.
Step 4
Pour in the water, bring to a boil, and simmer for 12 minutes until vegetables are tender.
Step 5
Blend the soup until smooth, then stir in the grated Parmesan.
Step 6
Season with salt and pepper, and serve hot.
