Creamy Cauliflower and Carrot Soup

Ingredients
- 400 g Cauliflower
- 200 g Carrots
- 600 ml Water
- 20 g Butter
- 40 g Grated Parmesan
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the cauliflower into small florets and slice the carrots into rounds.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a pot and add the vegetables.
Step 3
Pour in the water and cook for 15 minutes until the vegetables are very tender.
Step 4
Blend the soup until smooth and creamy.
Step 5
Stir in the Parmesan, season with salt and pepper, then serve.
