Ingredients
- 400 g Cauliflower
- 300 g Carrots
- 800 ml Water
- 20 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the carrots and cauliflower into pieces.
Step 2
Sauté the vegetables in butter in a pan for 3 minutes.
Step 3
Pour the water and simmer covered for 15 minutes.
Step 4
Blend the soup until you achieve a smooth texture.
