Creamy Cauliflower and Carrot Soup
A smooth and comforting blended soup, perfect for a winter evening, served hot with a drizzle of olive oil.

Ingredients
- 300 g Cauliflower
- 200 g Carrots
- 2 cl Olive oil
- 500 ml Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and slice the carrots into rounds, cut the cauliflower into florets.
Step 2
Pour the olive oil into a pot and add the vegetables.
Step 3
Sauté for 2 minutes, then pour in the water and bring to a boil.
Step 4
Simmer for 15 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
Step 5
Blend the soup until smooth and creamy.
