Creamy Cauliflower and Carrot Soup

Ingredients
- 400 g Cauliflower
- 250 g Carrots
- 800 ml Water
- 50 g Parmesan
- 20 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and cut the carrots and cauliflower into small pieces.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a pot and add the vegetables. Sauté for 2 minutes.
Step 3
Add the water and simmer for 15 minutes until vegetables are tender.
Step 4
Blend the soup until smooth. Season and stir in the grated Parmesan.
