Creamy Cauliflower and Carrot Soup
A smooth and comforting puree made with cauliflower and carrots, perfect for a simple and healthy meal.

Ingredients
- 400 g Cauliflower
- 250 g Carrots
- 800 ml Water
- 20 g Butter
- 30 g Grated Parmesan
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and slice the carrots into rounds, cut the cauliflower into small florets.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a pot and add the vegetables, cook for 3 minutes while stirring.
Step 3
Pour in the water, bring to a boil and cook for 15 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
Step 4
Blend the soup with an immersion blender until smooth and creamy.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper, pour into bowls and top with grated Parmesan.
