Creamy Cauliflower and Carrot Soup

Ingredients
- 400 g Cauliflower
- 250 g Carrots
- 750 ml Water
- 20 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and slice the carrots into rounds, cut the cauliflower into small florets.
Step 2
In a pot, melt the butter and add the vegetables.
Step 3
Pour in the water and bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
Step 4
Blend the vegetables with the broth until smooth and creamy.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve hot.
