Creamy Cauliflower and Broccoli Soup

Ingredients
- 500 g Cauliflower
- 300 g Broccoli
- 1 L Water
- 30 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the cauliflower and broccoli into small florets.
Step 2
Bring the water to a boil in a pot.
Step 3
Add the vegetables and cook for 12 minutes until tender.
Step 4
Blend the soup with the butter using an immersion blender until you reach a creamy texture.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
